How we handle your kitchen project from design to finish



Initial Consultation

During the initial consultation we like to take the time to discuss everything that will influence the final design of your dream kitchen, that could even be as simple as asking if you are right or left handed, what you like and dislike about your existing kitchen, or any other kitchen you have seen. Your initial consultation should take between 60-90 minutes, and from this our designers aim to understand your needs in more detail. We will go through all the different styles, colours and finishes we have to offer. This first step is vital in achieving your perfect kitchen design.



Design

Once we have understood your requirements, your appointed designer will work on presenting you with some proposed plans. Our designers have over 20 years’ experience between them, and are fully trained on our CAD design system. You will be presented with 3D rendered images of your kitchen, which will help you in making the right decision. The design stage is the most exciting part of the process, as it allows you to play around with all the various elements of your kitchen, such as Doors, Worktops and Appliances, to create your desired look.



Refine

Once you have agreed on a kitchen design, we would invite you back in to review all aspects of your kitchen. From making sure you have enough storage, to confirm you have all the right appliances you need. If needed, your design can be tweaked to make sure that all of your kitchen needs have been taken into consideration.



Order

Once you have signed off your final design, our team will send you your final paperwork. This will include detailed plans, elevations and perspective view of your kitchen. We will then arrange to visit your home where we will personally check that everything we have incorporated in your design will work. In doing this we eliminate any issues that could possibly have arisen during the installation stage. If everything is agreed, we will go ahead and order your kitchen.



Installation

The installation of your kitchen is arguably the most important part of the whole process. Hiring a professional fitter who has experience with fitting this German kitchen cannot be understated. Using our specialist fitters will ensure you have a kitchen that is fitted to the highest standard, and a seamless process to the very end. Usually, the fitting would take between 1-2 weeks depending on the material you choose.
